LUA Obfuscation like Luraph Error Message

This issue is new, and has been diagnosed by CFX themselves.

'Obfuscators' are blocked as described in our latest Community Pulse: https://forum.cfx.re/t/cfx-re-community-pulse-june-2023-edition/5109543#enforcement-against-common-code-obfuscators-1 as some of them have been used to hide malware 'exploits'. There's some broader explanation in ⁠cfx-general on the FiveM Discord server: These obfuscators are commonly used by anticheat providers (or other resources sold 'underground') to 'hide' their code, contact the author of these resources for an ETA on a fix.
